How do I become an Xpress Car Wash Member?

There are two easy ways to become a member. The first is to specify to the cashier in the waiting area which package you would like to purchase. Once you have made your purchase the cashier will issue you your VIP Fast Pass and install it on your windshield. The second is to purchase your package from the electronic cashier as you are entering the wash. Once you make the purchase the cashier will issue you a receipt and send you through the wash. After the wash you can bring your receipt inside during working hours to receive your VIP Fast Pass.

What is a VIP Fast Pass?

A VIP Fast Pass is a micro chip that goes on the inside top left corner of your vehicle's windshield. Upon your purchase the micro chip is charged with your specified wash package. To use the Fast Pass simply pull up to the electronic cashier located at the front of the Xpress Car Wash. A sensor inside the cashier will read the Fast Pass micro chip and will ask you if you would like to upgrade your wash if necessary. If you select no thanks the cashier will give you the green arrow and will fire the wash specified by your Fast Pass. If you have purchased any of the Express Plus Wheels, Express Everything, or Express Platinum wash packages the cashier will not ask you if you would like to upgrade.

How do I renew my Xpress Car Wash membership?

Your VIP membership will expire either every month or every 6 months depending on what package you purchased. To renew your package simply ask the cashier in the waiting area to renew your membership or you can renew your package from the electronic cashier located at the entrance of the wash. If you choose to renew your membership at the electronic cashier the cashier will print you a receipt. Bring the receipt inside with the number located on your previously issued Fast Pass. The cashier inside will re charge your Fast Pass and your membership will be renewed.
