When Todd Burns purchased a failed fast oil change business in Shreveport, Louisiana in 1987, and opened his Time-It Lube first location, the fast lube industry had no idea how he was going to change things for them.  From the beginning Todd knew he’d have to provide the best customer service available to succeed, and so he did.

Time-it Lube was the first fast lube to offer customers the new standard check and top-off fluid service free of charge during an oil change. Now it’s an industry standard.   The company was a local pioneer by being the first to use computer-generated reminder notices to keep customers updated on their lube, oil and filter service.

Time-It Lube is also known for it’s 20-Point Full-Service Oil Change, which adds up to five quarts of oil, new oil filters, chassis lubrication, checks and fills the battery, transmission, differential, radiator, washer fluid, plus visual inspections all for one low price.   Time-It Lube employees get the finest training possible to insure your car gets the best in preventive maintenance, providing great customer service in addition to a great product.
